I know it isn't an everyday thing, but I was under the impression that red loctite would mess up threads if it isn't heated to ~500° before removing. Since the bolt threads into the caliper, it would ruin the threads in the caliper (assuming that my impression is correct). In your situation, it seems like you would be changing them a lot more since you track your car, so it would effect you more than me. If you don't have any problems, then I am probably wrong. I'll still stick with blue for the calipers though.
